New York City as a destination! Proud and Jon may live in New York, but their time is mostly spent in Thailand running their multiple businesses. And with a father that worked for the government in Thailand, this wedding was especially important, as the delegates and family members that were in attendance required security, privacy, and 5-star service. Proud and Jon needed a wedding planner with experience on high profile events, was an expert in NYC destination weddings, and could plan around the time difference between NYC and Thailand.

We knew that they would be the perfect design partner and the team who could create a glamorous yet understated event. Once we had the design team down our next referral was for entertainment. Starlight Orchestra was the perfect choice knowing that this was a party and dancing crowd! The photo and video team, unfortunately, we cannot take credit for that referral, as Greg Finck has an impeccable reputation, and we were surprised he was even available for our client’s wedding date!

On event day, Proud and Jon had the right team of professionals that arrived early for setup and were ready and prepared.
