Lauren Grech | CEO

Lauren is the CEO and Co-Founder of LLG and recently named as Corporate and Incentive Travel's Most Influential Woman of 2019. As the heart and soul behind LLG, she is the business strategist, event management expert, destination wedding expert and negotiator for all our clients. Lauren is currently curriculum building and teaching Event Production and Event Design, the first ever event management graduate program at New York University. Most recently Lauren has been published in Wework - Startup Diaries, Business.com, Thrive Global, Zoe Report, Harper's Bazaar London, Martha Stewart and has solidified partnerships with the Four Seasons, Greece, Mexico, and Abu Dhabi worth over $1M in corporate sponsored travel for 2019. As CEO, Lauren is constantly propelling the company forward with innovative initiatives that differentiate LLG and make us an expert resource in our industries.

Paul Grech | COO

Paul is the Co-Founder, COO and the Account Manager for LLG. As COO, he manages and implements the day to day functions of business operations as well as develops and builds processes for every team within LLG. Paul is responsible for establishing and enforcing policies that promote company culture and he leads Agency’s mission and overall vision as our Account Manager and Director. He oversees the development of each project that runs through Agency, he builds processes, project deliverables, sets realistic deadlines and works closely with each executive, director and senior team members to ensure company growth, deliverables are being met, and team members are reaching their full potential.

Teal Nicholson | Creative Director

Teal is the trend setting, vibrant, brand & marketing expert and Creative Director of LLG Agency. Teal is creatively analytical and understands how to elevate and carefully construct a brand’s image. In 2018 Teal changed the narrative so that LLG was no longer a boutique husband and wife duo, but rather an international luxury event management firm serving NYC and the world. This rebrand resulted in the team being invited to the exclusive Destination Wedding Planners Congress, where only 30 planners are asked to join from the Americas and a total of 150 are invited worldwide. More notably, Teal’s event designs were recognized by Martha Stewart as one of the top Party Trends of 2018.

Carly Long | International PR & Media

Carly is the International PR and Media Director running all public relations, social media and marketing for the LLG brand. As Director she strategizes new PR tactics that has secured over $300,000 in corporate sponsorships for our international partners and our pro-bono weddings. She reinforces our status as leaders in our industry specializing in making a positive social impact. So much so, that we’ve been nominated for Forbes 30 under 30 as Social Entrepreneurs, featured on Good Morning America, Upworthy, Ashton Kutcher’s Aplus, Fox News Network, and over 30 other unique global publications!

Daryl Valdivia - Senior Coordinator

Daryl is the Lead Coordinator with over 10 years of hospitality and event management experience. He is responsible for orchestrating and executing weddings and social events all over the world. As one of our venue experts, he knows the best places to host an event with a thorough understanding of venue operations, from front of house check in to back of house deliverables.


 
 
 

Bianca Francois | Senior Coordinator

Bianca Francois is an event enthusiast with a background in Production Management and a passion for hospitality. New York-born and New Jersey raised, she earned her Bachelors of Science in Sports, Entertainment & Event Management from Johnson & Wales University's Hospitality College. She excels in overseeing logistical aspects of events while paying the utmost attention to detail and ensuring efficient execution. Having worked as an Event Producer at Creative Edge Parties, Bianca was able to produce over 200 luxury catering events in the span of 15 months. She is committed to providing each and every client with a joyous and unique event experience.

Leah Vallario | Designer

Leah is a multi-disciplinary artist who specializes in photography and art direction. Currently based in New York, Leah has worked with a variety of industries to construct their brand’s image and visually tell their stories. Through her creative direction and visual designs, she has successfully rebranded and modernized consumer experiences for clients including media companies, beauty and fashion brands, and leading influencers. Leah joined the LLG design team as a social media expert creating campaign strategies, designing brand specific content and managing the day-to-day on all social accounts. Additionally she assists with all the graphic designs for the company including event invites, press kits, and proposals.
