Lauren Grech | CEO / “The Overachiever”

Lauren is the heart and soul behind LLG Events. She is the event planner, strategist, entrepreneur, #bossbabe and negotiator for all our clients. Lauren's vivacious personality allows her to handle all client interfacing with ease. Her ability to command an audience allows for exceptional event management, and her knowledge of the industry are the main reasons clients hire LLG. As CEO, Lauren is constantly propelling the company forward with innovative initiatives that differentiate LLG and make us an expert resource in event management. Most recently she has solidified partnerships with the Four Seasons and Abu Dhabi Tourism Board worth over $1M in corporate sponsored travel for 2019.


Paul Grech | COO / “The Tech Guru”

Paul is the Co-Founder, COO and the technology backbone of LLG Events. As a Data Engineer, Paul has integrated and created a cloud-based platform to streamline the planning process, managing events from any location, consolidating all event information to one place, and handling multiple currencies. He perfectly combines his technological experience with his interpersonal skills to successfully manage staff, ensure regulatory compliance and implement company efficiencies. This lethal combination of knowledge and skill set, with the creation of the planning portal, has caused him to be recognized by NYU’s Event Management program where Paul and the other partners will be educating and curriculum building in 2019.


Teal Nicholson | Creative Dir. / “More Than a Color”

Teal is the trend setting, vibrant, brand & marketing expert and Creative Director of LLG Events. Teal is creatively analytical and understands how to elevate and carefully construct a brand’s image. In 2018 Teal changed the narrative so that LLG was no longer a boutique husband and wife duo, but rather a luxury international event management firm serving NYC and the world. This rebrand resulted in the team being invited to the exclusive Destination Wedding Planners Congress, where only 30 planners are asked to join from the Americas and a total of 150 are invited worldwide. More notably, Teal’s event designs were recently recognized by Martha Stewart as one of the top 12 Party Trends of 2018.

Carly Long | PR & Marketing - “Encore Executor”

Carly is the newest member of the LLG team running all social media accounts, public relations and marketing for the LLG brand. In less than 6 months she’s secured over $200,000 in corporate sponsorships for our pro-bono weddings and reinforced our status as leaders in our industry specializing in making a positive social impact. So much so, that we’ve been nominated for Forbes 30 under 30 as Social Entrepreneurs, featured on Good Morning America, Upworthy, Ashton Kutcher’s Aplus, Fox News Network, and over 25 other unique publications!

Daryl Valdivia - “Lead Coordinator”

Daryl is the Lead Coordinator with over 10 years of hospitality and event management experience. He is responsible for orchestrating and executing weddings and social events all over the world. As one of our venue experts, he knows the best places to host an event with a thorough understanding of venue operations, from front of house check in to back of house deliverables.
