Lauren's vivacious personality allows her to handle all client interfacing with ease, her ability to command a room allows for exceptional on site management on the day of your event, and her passion for the industry are the main reasons clients hire LLG. As CEO, Lauren is constantly propelling the company forward with innovative initiatives that differentiate LLG. Most recently she has LLG working on a philanthropic component for every single event with her ultimate goal of turning a $300 billion industry into international philanthropic revenue. Whether it's repurposing and donating the flowers to local charities or our pro-bono wedding of the year, she has made it a company priority to make a social impact !
Paul Grech - "The Tech Guru"
Paul is the Co-Founder and right hand man to LLG Events. As his name suggests he is the technology backbone and organizer to our company. As a Data Engineer, Paul has built a cloud based custom wedding planning portal, an exclusive planning tool available only to our clients. Our portal is a task manager, budget tracker in multiple currencies with the latest exchange rates, guest list manager and much more. If you're lucky, Paul is in attendance on your wedding day accommodating all the groom's and groomsmen's needs. Without his knowledge and expertise in technology and his exceptional organizational skills this company would cease to exist.
Teal Nicholson - "More Than a Color"
Teal Nicholson is the third partner to LLG Events. Teal turned a dynamic duo into an unstoppable trio using her background in business marketing, her event planning and meeting management certificate and 10 years worth of experience in corporate and social events. Most recently Teal has taken on the role of Creative Director, spearheading LLG Style and creating a cohesive brand for LLG Events. Her extensive network of contacts, her vast experience in customer service and marketing makes her more than just a color; she's our lead coordinator, event manager, team lead, Creative Director and much more.
Carly Long - “LLG paparazzi”
Carly Long is the newest member of the LLG team taking over all social media, public relations and marketing for the LLG brand. She is friendly, a hard-worker, and an eternal philanthropist. She stands behind LLG as she believes in our initiative of taking a $300 billion industry and generating a philanthropic revenue. In less than 6 months she’s helped LLG get recognized for our positive social impact on Good Morning America, Martha Stewart, Upworthy, Ashton Kutcher’s Aplus, Good News Network and many more publications! She’s a powerhouse with tons of experience and a fantastic edition to our team!
