Administrative Coordinator


LLG Events Inc. is looking for a dynamic, energetic full time administrative coordinator to join our team! Candidate will have the ability to grow with a young company and eventually independently manage and execute their own events.

The Company

LLG Events is a luxury wedding and event planning design firm located in Brooklyn Heights, New York. At LLG Events, we manage the entire planning process, design, and execute events all over New York, along the East Coast, Florida and destination. As Administrative Coordinator you will have the ability to learn under one of New York’s top event coordinators and travel to countries all over the world. Within this position we hope to gain a dedicated team member, willing to grow with our company and eventually gain the experience necessary to manage their own events under the LLG brand.

The Position

LLG Events is looking for a full time administrative coordinator with the ability to work weekends during event season.

Your responsibilities:

  • Event task management

  • Researching, sourcing and communicating with vendors

  • Overseeing client/planner agendas

  • Organizing our custom client/planner portals

  • Maintaining partner calendars and appointments

  • Managing inventory

  • Attendance at all client meetings is required

  • Strong communication skills required

  • Quick thinking and problem solving

  • Must be confident in solving problems and managing issues that may arise; including incorrect orders, late deliveries, or incorrect email information.

  • Escalate issues to management when necessary after attempting to handle issues yourself

  • Independent worker with the comfortability in working in an intimate client, manager office environment

  • Able to work seamlessly with various technologies at a moment's notice

  • Detail oriented and extremely organized

  • Prior catering or service experience required

  • Proficient in microsoft office

  • Design experience necessary (can sketch, use photoshop, photo editors, etc.)

  • Proficient in social media promotion

  • Flexible work weeks depending on appointment and event schedule. Hours are generally Monday - Friday 10am - 6pm plus event weekends. Candidate must be able to work weekends, no exceptions.
